Shipping policy

We ship to Sweden, Europe, and most international destinations. If you don't see a shipping option for your country at checkout, please email us at hello@bellevueatelier.com and we'll do our best to assist you.

Order processing

Unless a product page says otherwise, everything in the shop is in stock and ready to be sent. Orders are processed and dispatched within 2 to 4 business days, and you will receive a tracking number by email when yours is on its way.

Shipping information

All orders are generally shipped directly from us in Sweden.

Estimated delivery time

• Sweden: 2 to 5 business days after dispatch, so 4 to 9 business days from the day you order
• Europe: 3 to 7 business days after dispatch, so 5 to 11 business days from the day you order
• Rest of the world: delivery time varies by destination

Carriers

We mainly ship with trusted carriers such as PostNord, DHL or UPS. Orders are usually delivered to the nearest pickup point unless otherwise specified.

Customs & duties

Please note that all prices at checkout are exclusive of import duties and customs fees.

The customer is responsible for any duties, taxes or import fees upon delivery.

Uncollected parcels

If a parcel is not collected within 14 days, it will be returned to us.

In such cases, the cost of return shipping and any additional fees will be deducted from your refund.
