Withdraw from your purchase

You may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Fill in the form below and we will confirm in writing, with the time we received it.

Withdrawing is not the same as sending the piece back. Once we have confirmed your withdrawal we book the return label and send it to you, with word of where to post it. Returning a piece you have changed your mind about is at your own cost, so what the label cost is deducted from the amount refunded. Your money reaches the card or account you paid with once the piece is back with us.

Is your piece faulty or damaged? That is a complaint rather than a withdrawal, and the return is on us. Write to us at hello@bellevueatelier.com and we will put it right.
